Refunds & Returns

At Illusive Jewels, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That’s why we’ve put a clear returns policy in place 🤍

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including the EU right of withdrawal where applicable.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may be refused or receive a partial refund

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email:

support@illusivejewels.store

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Address

All returns are sent to our UK warehouse in England.

You will receive the full return address and instructions by email once your return request is approved.

Please include a note inside the parcel with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customers may choose any courier

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us

Illusive Jewels is not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed return parcels

  • Return shipping costs

  • Any import charges incurred on returned items

If import fees, duties, or handling charges are billed to us on a return, these amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, size, or style, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with this policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of:

    • The item

    • Any visible damage or defect

    • Outer packaging and shipping label (if applicable)

In cases where an item is confirmed to be genuinely faulty, we may:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

In most cases, faulty items do not need to be returned.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds

Outbound Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you return your entire order within 14 days under your statutory right, we will refund the standard outbound shipping fee paid (if any).

Upgraded delivery options (such as express shipping) are non-refundable.

Partial Returns

  • Outbound shipping is not refunded

  • If your original order qualified for free shipping, and the kept items fall below the free-shipping threshold after a return, the standard shipping fee for your region will be deducted from the refund

Promotions, Bundles & Free Items

For promotional offers such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free:

  • If paid items are returned, the order will be recalculated as if the promotion no longer applies

  • Any free or discounted items that no longer qualify may be deducted from the refund

If a gift with purchase was included and is no longer eligible after a return, it must be returned unused. Otherwise, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.
